Alumna Wins 2015 Woman of Power and Influence Award

John Jay Institute alumna Jean Marie Richardson was honored with a 2015 Most Powerful and Influential Woman Award by The National Diversity Council at its Annual Leadership Conference at the Midtown Crown Plaza in Atlanta.

The Most Powerful & Influential Woman and Multicultural Leadership Awards were presented to women and men who have made a difference through their leadership, achievements, and ability to excel in their field including generating results, revenue impact, and profitability, affecting the direction of their organization, and impacting their community.

“It is an honor to be named among Georgia’s Women of Power and Influence and I am delighted to have the opportunity to address such a credentialed group of business leaders who are making a difference across our state” said Jean Marie Richardson. “There are many aspects to leadership. A laser focus on driving business value, as well as strong listening skills and an openness to new ways of doing things have been critical to success in my experience.”
