Maggie Tynan is a native of Denver, CO where she grew up with her family of five. She graduated in May of 2021 from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas with a major in Economics, as well as a triple minor in Theology, Philosophy, and Latin. In 2022, she graduated from Benedictine with a Master’s in Business Administration.  During her time at Benedictine, Maggie studied abroad with Franciscan University in Gaming, Austria where she fell in love with Philosophy.

During her summers, Maggie held various different internships, including at The Centennial Institute in Colorado, The White House, and the Acton Institute. From these experiences, Maggie believes she would like to continue her career at a think tank with similar values to those she has worked for in the past, hopefully in Washington D.C. after finishing her time with John Jay.

Maggie’s outside interests and hobbies include reading, playing sports, calligraphy, flowers, learning about and advocating for women’s health, as well has home renovation and design.
